THIS MONTAGE BLEW MY MIND. Overall yes there has been plenty of montages with better clips then what is featured in this montage. But this montage has to be hands down the best edited montage out there to date. Mattison Designs out did themselves on this one boys. Check it out!

yeah i saw this yesterday! great montage over all, to me there was a little to much angle work that didn't really go the clips any justice. just kinda made it hard to follow what was going on. And i thought the sound of the "Halo Voice" was a little weird, like just wasn't leveled out with the rest of the sounds. but that is really it. i loved it, it blew me away with all the "fallout"ish ruins of the halo 3 maps. that was so awesome and the 3D work was perfect haha and also it was a bit refreshing but at the same time kinda let me down that there was no color correction really on any of the clips. i don't know great montage though! had the most epic music!!

ya i thought there was a lil to much anglework too. But i think they were shooting for that more cinematic shoot em up look rather than letting the clips do the justice like other montages. Idk how the fuck they did the "fallout'ish" effects like you said but they were so great. And that atom bomb in the credits!! so sick.

I also thought that in the last 5 to 10 clips where the music slowed to a very dramatic tone that those clips should have been edited accordingly to it. Such as slower effects and dramtic color change but they kinda just ran the clips like they did in the rest of tage with fast paced music. But.... still. OMG WAS SOO UBER GOOD.

and I'm a part of Frenetic Array... for Battlefield not Halo but still, that's something though right? Nope... ah well.
I thought it was a great video too although I agree that it was a little angle happy to the point of not even showing the shots in the beginning.

Damn that was pretty ridiculous. The 3D effort and work done with the destruction of the various halo maps was epic. Like Choas said, the in game volume did seem annoyingly high, but hell, everything was just too good.

Yah, those destruction scenes were pretty sick. Were they hand drawn? I couldn't really tell.
